Kevin is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist serving couples in the Oklahoma City Metro.
He aims to meet clients where they are, in a judgment free and safe environment where they can explore the roots of disconnection, work through communication struggles, and find peace in their relationship again.
Relationships can be both beautiful and challenging, and sometimes, you end up feeling stuck. It may be the same fight you always have that never feels resolved, or maybe you aren’t even fighting, but just resorting to sitting in silence at the end of the night. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where couples can work through these challenges together. I’ll meet you where you are, helping you navigate communication struggles, emotional and relational wounds, and any obstacles that you are running into in your relationship.

My Services
01
Couples Therapy
When communication breaks down, arguments become hurtful, or intimacy fades, it’s easy to feel disconnected and unsure of how to move forward. Together, we can explore the roots of disconnection and work toward rebuilding trust, intimacy, and connection.
02
Individual Therapy
I work collaboratively with clients to help them reach their goals. I offer a relaxed and non-judgmental setting where we can explore past trauma, relationship issues, faith-related issues, and more. My goal is to offer a safe space for you to work through whatever it is you need.
03
Family Therapy
The challenges families face with aging children can be immense. Whether it be disagreements that go unresolved or specific instances that need addressed, I am happy to partner with families to help promote healthy communication, connection, and conflict resolution.
What to Expect
-
The research is clear that the relationship you have with your therapist is integral to your growth. The first part of the process is making sure you feel comfortable working with me. Send me a message to begin.
-
In this phase we spend time diving deep into the context surrounding the relationship or the issue at hand. I typically consider this the information gathering phase of therapy.
-
This is when we begin the meaningful work of addressing the problem, processing the issues, and identifying a path forward. This work is highly collaborative as we work toward the desired outcome.
-
This is when we move from a place of active therapy to as-needed basis. Clients typically report feeling as though they have an easier time managing conflict and working through the issues they previously reported.
